• Services Provided

  Cashmap Systems LLC provides services including but not limited to:

  Digital marketing & advertising services

  All services are subject to written agreement and scope approval.

• SEO / Marketing Disclaimer

  While we implement industry best practices, search engine rankings, advertising performance, and lead volume depend on numerous external factors beyond our control. No guarantees of specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue increases are provided.

• Hosting & Maintenance Clause

  Hosting services do not include unlimited technical support. Maintenance plans cover routine updates only. Emergency fixes or feature changes may require additional fees.

• Estimates & Proposals

  All proposals and pricing provided:

  Are non-binding until a service agreement is signed

  May be subject to revision based on scope changes

  Do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue increases

  Marketing and digital performance results cannot be guaranteed.

• Client Responsibilities

  Clients agree to:

  Provide necessary content, images, branding assets, and access credentials

  Review and approve work in a timely manner

  Maintain lawful use of websites and marketing systems

  Failure to provide required materials may delay project timelines.

• Payment Terms

  Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

  Failure to pay may result in:

  Suspension of services

  Website downtime

  Removal of hosting

  Late fees

  Cashmap Systems LLC reserves the right to retain ownership of work until payment is received in full.

• Refund & Cancellation Policy

  New clients are eligible for a full refund during their first billing cycle (first 30 days) if they are not satisfied with the service.

  To request a refund, the client must contact Cashmap Systems LLC before the second payment is processed.

  Once the second monthly payment has been successfully processed, the client is no longer eligible for a full refund.

  Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing notice to Cashmap Systems LLC.

  Upon cancellation:

  • The website and any associated services will remain active until 30 days after the most recent payment date.

  • After this 30-day period, the website, hosting, and related systems will be disabled and taken offline.

  Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund past payments outside of the first month refund period.

• Website Ownership & Buyout Option

  Websites built and hosted by Cashmap Systems LLC remain the property of Cashmap Systems LLC while the service subscription is active.

  If a client cancels their subscription but wishes to keep the website, they may request a website ownership transfer (buyout).

  The buyout option allows the client to:

  • Purchase the website

  • Transfer ownership of the website files and design

  • Move the website to their own hosting provider if desired

  The buyout price will be determined based on the scope, complexity, and development time of the website.

  Once the buyout fee is paid, Cashmap Systems LLC will provide the necessary files or assist with the website transfer.

• Intellectual Property

  Upon full payment:

  Clients receive rights to their website content and design (excluding licensed software, templates, or third-party tools).

  We retain the right to:

  Showcase completed work in our portfolio

  Use anonymized performance data for case studies

• Third-Party Services

  We may use third-party platforms including but not limited to:

  Hosting providers

  CRM systems

  Email/SMS platforms

  Payment processors

  Analytics tools

  We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

• Limitation of Liability

  To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  Cashmap Systems LLC shall not be liable for:

  Lost revenue or profits

  Business interruption

  Indirect or consequential damages

  Security breaches caused by third-party software

  Services are provided “as is.”
