Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them. Cashmap Agency retains ownership of all underlying code, frameworks, AI prompts, and methodologies used to create the deliverables.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cashmap Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services.
