Will my customers know it's AI?

Some will, some won't. It doesn't pretend to be a person — if someone asks, it says so. Most callers just want their question answered and their appointment booked. And the alternative isn't a person, it's voicemail. Nobody likes voicemail either.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep your number. We forward it — either every call, or only the ones you don't pick up after a few rings. Your call which.

Can it actually book the job, or does it just take a message?

It books. It's on your calendar, so it offers real open slots and puts the job on the schedule while the caller is still on the phone.

It never guesses. If it doesn't know something it will transfer to you or leave a note for you to contact the client back. The more calls you get, the more we train the bot, the better it gets.

Only the ones you give it. Flat rates and starting-at numbers, yes. Anything that needs eyes on the property, it collects the details and gets you out there to look at it.

You can move down a tier in the slow months and back up in spring, no penalty. Some landscaping clients keep the agent running through winter for snow dispatch.

Who owns the website and the domain?

We own and maintain the website. The domain could be owned by us, or you. Your choice. If you decide to cancel, you will take the domain will you, no ties.

What if I already have a website?

Then we either keep it and point the voice agent at it, or I rebuild it.

Who writes the copy and gets the photos?

I write it, you check it. Anything can be changed at your request. Photos should be yours — your trucks, your crews, your finished jobs. If necessary, stock or generated images can be used until crew photos are available.

This isn't an IVR. This is an interactive custom voice agent which communicates like a human. An AI receptionist answers calls, collects information, and books appointment or sends a quote.
